One column per space with its booked, fixed and free slots. Enter a booking that comes in by phone or at the desk in two taps, and mark that they played, didn't show or are cancelling.
"Every Tuesday at 8 pm" from a date, with or without an end date. It checks for clashes with other fixed slots and existing bookings before saving, and it ends from the day you say without touching what was already paid.

No deposit, a percentage or the full price, by transfer to your club's alias. If it doesn't arrive in time, the slot goes back on offer by itself; when it arrives, you mark it "💵 Deposit received" and the player gets the confirmation.
Players get their booking by WhatsApp and, if they left one, by email: with a code, a link to cancel and a file to add it to their calendar. You get an email for every booking that comes in or drops out online.
Any space with its own hours and slot length: a 60- or 90-minute court, a five-hour barbecue area with a lunch and a dinner slot, or opening hours that run past midnight.
If you have GVenue's WhatsApp assistant and turn it on, it checks free slots and books, looks up and cancels bookings right in the chat, with the same rules as the website.

Today the deposit is paid by transfer to your club's alias or bank account and you mark it as received in the grid. Automatic deposit collection, without you having to check the receipt, isn't there yet.
Today the booking is paid at the club, however you take payment, and the panel records what came in and what is still owed. Paying the whole booking online isn't there yet.
The member discount reads GV Circle's member roll by ID number. Without GV Circle active, everyone pays the court rate.
The courts and bookings add-on is quoted according to your complex. The court, the barbecue area and the deposit are paid straight to your club: GVenue isn't in the middle.
