GV RRHH · your staff records

Your staff records, with what you paid each night

Who works, what they earn, who showed up and what you paid them that night. With history: a raise today doesn’t rewrite what last month cost you.

What slows you down today — and how GVenue solves it

Piecing together on Monday who worked on Saturday
Everyone clocks in on arrival with their ID number on a computer at the venue, and the screen tells them which station to go to that night.
A raise today that changes what last month cost you
The agreed pay is dated: every night is calculated at the rate in effect that day.
The extra cash that gets paid out and nobody writes down
If one night you paid someone extra for covering two stations, it’s recorded with the reason. That money stops being invisible.
Absences sorted out by word of mouth
Vacation, days off or sick leave are entered as requests and approved from the dashboard. Once approved, those nights no longer add to the cost.

Everything in one system

A personnel file for every person

Details, ID number, WhatsApp, position and schedule, with an employee number generated by the system. The same person can’t be entered twice.

Pay with history

The agreed pay is stored with a start date. A raise applies from that day on, and earlier nights still cost what they cost.

Time clock with ID number

Staff clock in by typing their ID number on a computer at the venue and see the station and area they’re assigned to. Anyone who leaves early clocks out.

Clock in by WhatsApp, if you prefer

With their ID number and phone they get a single-use link that expires in ten minutes. And everyone can fill in their own details from their phone.

What you actually paid

Each night you record the amount and the payment method. If it differed from what was agreed, the difference is kept with its reason; if you don’t enter anything, the agreed amount is used.

Absences with approval

Vacation, sick leave, days off, personal days or no-shows. Once approved, those nights are marked as absent and automatically drop out of payroll.

Detailed reports

By person with night-by-night detail, by position, by month and by payment method. Plus variances against the agreed pay, absenteeism and hours.

Pay visible only to whoever you choose

Seeing the money is a separate permission: the manager can run the staff without seeing how much each person earns.

What changes when you close each night

With GV RRHH

  • Who showed up is settled by each person’s ID clock-in.
  • Every night is paid at the rate in effect that day.
  • Anything paid on top is kept with its reason.
  • Approved absences stop adding up on their own.
  • Staff cost flows into Finanzas, Mission and the nightly report without entering it twice.

What you no longer handle separately

  • Building the list of who worked from memory or from messages.
  • Recalculating old months every time there’s a raise.
  • Extra payments nobody wrote down and nobody can explain.
  • Deducting no-shows and days off by hand.
  • Copying pay into a separate spreadsheet to find out what the night cost.

How GV RRHH is priced

It’s a monthly module at USD 25 per venue, billed in Argentine pesos at the official exchange rate of the day. It comes included in Suite Pro; with Suite Operativa, Barra or Resto it’s added separately.

How it connects with everything else

What you enter in RRHH is the source of your staff cost: Finanzas, GV Mission, the nightly report and the register all read it from there. That’s why each night’s cost reflects what you actually paid, not an estimate.

What you need to get started

Enter your people once, with their ID number, position and agreed pay, or let each person fill in their own details from their phone and approve them. To clock in, all you need is a computer at the venue with the clock-in link open.

Anywhere in the worldIt runs in the cloud: it works from any country, on a PC, a tablet or a phone.
In the language you needToday it speaks Spanish and English, and another language can be added on request.
100% configurableHours, names, permissions, prices and screens adapt to the way each client works.
You talk directly to the developerNo help desk, no middlemen: whatever you ask is heard by the person who builds the system, and if it helps your business, it gets built.
