GVenue Rental · Self-hosted

The whole system, on your server.
Your money never passes through us.

The full GVenue — ticketing, door, bar, till, reports — running on a VPS that's yours. Every ticket is charged with YOUR Mercado Pago, YOUR bank or YOUR crypto, and settles directly. We charge a flat monthly license; we don't touch your revenue.

0% service charge

The instance carries it engraved in the panel: GVenue takes no cut of your sales. Your cost is the license — flat and in plain sight.

Direct settlement

Sales land in YOUR payment accounts, with no middleman pooling your money and paying you out in 7, 15 or 30 days.

Your data, at your place

Your buyer base, your operation and your numbers live on your server. With backup and updates included in the license.

How it works

Four steps — and we take the scary ones. The installer leaves your instance running HTTPS-only, database created and license active — tested end to end on real hardware.

01

Rent your VPS

Your own server with Ubuntu 24.04. We recommend Hostinger (links below, 20% off); any provider works. The fixed public IP comes with the VPS — no extra paperwork.

02

Point your domain

A subdomain of yours (tickets.yourclub.com) pointing at the VPS IP. It's the face of your sales: your public buys on YOUR domain.

03

We do the install

Assisted installation (included in the setup): database, license, certificate and server come up HTTPS-only from minute zero. You watch; we type.

04

Plug in YOUR payments

Your Mercado Pago, your bank account for transfers, your crypto wallets. Every ticket sold settles right there, in your local currency — we don't touch your revenue.

Your VPS: we recommend Hostinger

Any VPS with Ubuntu 24.04 works. These are the ones we use and recommend — buying through these buttons gets you 20% off, and you see the price right in Hostinger's cart, always current. We recommend at least a 12-month term: that's where the price really pays off, and your ticketing is year-round infrastructure, not a one-date thing.

Our pilot runs comfortably on 2 vCPU / 2 GB — the KVM 2 is the starting point we use ourselves. If your season grows, the VPS scales live from Hostinger's panel.
GVenue operates in Argentina and Peru with local teams — and the Hostinger deployment is the same path across the region.
Transparency: these are affiliate links — you get the 20% discount and Hostinger pays us a commission. Not mandatory: bring your VPS from wherever you like.

Straight answers

The ones we always get — answered without spin.

Is it white-label?

No, and we say it upfront: the platform shows "Ticketing by GVenue" and the license validates against our central server. What's 100% yours is what matters: the server, the domain, your buyers' data and your entire revenue, in your local currency.

How is it different from hosted GVenue?

Hosted has no setup or monthly fee: the service charge is paid by the buyer (and the venue chooses who pays it). Rental is the opposite: you pay a flat monthly license and there's no service charge — the panel shows "0% SERVICE CHARGE" engraved. It pays off when your volume makes a flat fee cheaper than a variable one, or when your priority is that money and data never leave your house.

Are updates included?

Yes — the monthly license includes signed platform updates and standard support.

What if I miss a month?

Staged notices with grace days — never a surprise blackout. Billing is month-in-advance; if something happens, we talk before it shows at your door.

Can I start hosted and switch later (or back)?

Yes. It's the same platform on both sides, so your setup and operation migrate. We'll walk it through for your case.

I run a couple of dates a year — is it for me?

For producers with few dates we're building a per-event license. Write to us and we'll look at your calendar.

Does it include the WhatsApp bot and Venu (the AI assistant)?

They're not included in the Rental license: they're separate services, with their own infrastructure and AI usage. If you want them for your instance, they're quoted and enabled separately.

Your venue on your own iron?

Tell us your volume and your calendar, and we'll tell you the same day whether Rental suits you or hosted comes out cheaper. No sales meeting: numbers on the table.
