How much does GVenue cost for my graduation party?
The organizer pays nothing out of pocket: no setup, no monthly fee, no commission. The service fee is paid by the ticket buyer, and the organizer collects 100% of each ticket's price.
When do I receive the money from ticket sales?
Transfer payments are settled to you in full by GVenue 24 h after each sale or after the event, whichever you choose (currently at no cost). If you enable card, that goes into your Mercado Pago.
How do I stop people sneaking in with a forwarded QR?
Turn on mandatory ID registration: the QR isn't valid until the graduate enters their details, and it's single-use. Entering twice with the same code is impossible, and transfers are only allowed until first entry.
Do I need to buy turnstiles or special scanners?
No. The door is controlled with your staff's phone cameras. We've shelved turnstiles for now: our study found they aren't needed today — QR validation, re-entry control and live capacity tracking already cover the door with no extra hardware.
Is GVenue just for selling tickets?
No. It's a complete system for the whole night: sales and group purchases, access control, live capacity, bar with included drinks, cash desk, tables on the floor plan and the organizer's real-time report.
