How much does GVenue Acceso cost?
A flat fee: monthly for frequent operators, or per single event for those running one or two dates a year. Priced in USD — taxes not included, billed per local regulations. Guests pay nothing for their access. Write to us and we'll send the list price.
Do my guests have to pay or sign up anywhere?
They pay nothing. If you load the list, the QR arrives by email directly. If you use freepass registration, they fill in a simple form (name, ID, contact) and receive their QR instantly — 1 per ID, so nobody hoards spots.
Does it work if I sell tickets on my own?
Yes — that's the typical case: graduations, venues and theaters that charge on their own (transfer, cash, their own site) and only need a professional door. Your money and your sales never pass through GVenue; we handle the access.
What hardware do I need?
Your staff's phones — that's it. The camera validates QRs from the browser (no app install). A tablet or a laptop with a webcam works too. Turnstiles and scanners are optional.
And if I later want to sell tickets online?
You move to the managed plan: sell your tickets with GVenue, the money lands directly in your Mercado Pago, and ALL the modules (this one included, plus bar, tables, promoters, reports) come at no monthly cost — the service fee is paid by the buyer. Same panel, same account: nothing to migrate.
