Rented nights: the bar and the register of each night, apart
Add by hand the nights that don't sell tickets through GVenue, rented out or your own. That night's bar, register, closing and stock stay separate, and it's never published.
What slows you down today — and how GVenue solves it
You rent the venue out, but the bar is still yours
You add that night by hand and the bar, the register, the closing and the stock hang from it, instead of piling up on another date.
Three nights' numbers mix into one
If the only date loaded is Friday's, the bar ends up operating on it every day. Each night has its own date, and each date its own numbers.
A night with no tickets doesn't exist in the system
It doesn't need ticket types or a landing page: it's there for the bar, the register and the staff, and never published.
Nobody remembers who rented which night
Each night carries a note of who it was rented to, and you see them all in a single list with the nights that do sell tickets.
Everything in one system
Every night in one list
The nights that sell tickets with GVenue and the ones that don't, together and in order, including the ones coming up.
A night loaded in seconds
Name, day and start time; closing time if you want it. Date and time are picked on the phone with no format to type.
Who you rented it to, noted down
An optional note with the tenant's name. The night is still your venue's: the bar's money goes into your closing.
The bar with its own night
At the register and the bar you pick that night before starting, and the sales, the stock and the counts stay on it.
Separate closing and cash count
Each night closes its register on its own, without adding to the weekend party's.
Never published
No ticket types, no landing page and no sales link: nobody can buy anything for a night that doesn't sell tickets.
What has activity isn't deleted
An empty night can be deleted. One with sales, closings, clock-ins or counts can't, and the system tells you how many it has.

Add the night even if it sells no ticketsWhat your rented-out nights leave youRental packages and dates in the venue
The system adapts to your venue, not the other way around
100% configurable, made to measure
Every module is set up the way you work: prices, menus, hours, each person's permissions, texts and what is on or off. You ask, we adjust it.
Your changes are yours alone
The configuration belongs to your venue. What you change does not affect any other client, and what another client asks for does not touch your system.
It analyzes your data all the time
Every sale, every entry and every closing is recorded, and the reports show you what sells, at what time and what leaves you margin. That is how you tune the system to real use, not to a template.
Custom software, built by people from the trade

What changes on the nights without tickets
With the Nights calendar
Each night has its own date in the system.
The bar, the register and the stock stay on that night.
The closing of each night is separate.
Who rented it is noted down.
It's never published or put on sale.
What you stop handling on the side
Operating the bar against another night's date.
Splitting by hand what each night made.
Mixing the stock of several nights in one count.
Keeping a separate list of who rented which date.
Creating a fake event just to have a date.
How the Nights calendar is billed
It's a flat-fee add-on: USD 9 per month per venue, billed in pesos at the official exchange rate of the day. It's added to GV Barra, which is where those nights sell.
What it does and doesn't do
It's for the nights that don't sell tickets through GVenue: rented out or your own. The nights that do sell tickets already have their date and don't need this.
It doesn't create ticket types, sales links or public pages. Nights are added one at a time.
What you need to get started
Have GV Barra running. From the calendar you add each night, and at the register and the bar you pick it before starting.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
USD 9 per month per venue. It's added to GV Barra.
Who is it for?
For venues that open nights without selling tickets through GVenue, rented out or their own, while the bar keeps operating.
If I rent the night out, whose is the bar's money?
The night is your venue's: what the bar sells goes into your closing. The tenant's name is just a note.
Is the night published or can tickets be sold for it?
No. It has no ticket types, no landing page and no sales link. It only exists for the register, the bar, the closing and the staff.
How does the bar know which night it is?
Once loaded, the night shows up at the register, the bar and the closing: it's picked there before starting.
Can I delete a night I loaded by mistake?
Yes, if it's empty. If it already has sales, closings, clock-ins or counts it can't be deleted, and the system tells you how many it has.
Do I have to load the nights that sell tickets?
No. Those already have their date when you create the event; the calendar shows them alongside the others.
