Customers with a balance pay with their ID (DNI): the bartender taps «GV Cash», the amount comes off instantly and there's no change to count.

What customers didn't pick up is lost, or turns into a complaint

A prepaid drink that went unused can automatically turn into credit in the customer's favor at the end of the night, to spend at your bar next time.

Nobody knows how much balance is out there or when it expires

Every customer has a balance at your venue, tied to their ID. It's your house currency, with your name and your symbol: «Lobo Cash», «F$» or whatever you choose.

Charged at the bar with an ID

The bartender looks the customer up by ID, taps «GV Cash» and the balance comes off on the spot, on the same screen they sell from.

Expiration you set

Every top-up goes into a batch with its own expiration date, and the oldest is spent first. Seven days before it expires, the customer gets an email reminder.

Transferable between your customers

From their online wallet, customers see their balance and activity, and can pass balance to another customer at your venue. They sign in with their ID and a code sent by WhatsApp or email.

Unclaimed drinks come back as credit

If you turn it on, a prepaid drink the customer didn't pick up becomes credit in their favor at the end of the night, instead of being lost.

Top-ups at the counter or by bank transfer

The register can load balance at the counter, and if you turn it on, customers top up online by transferring to your venue's account. Each option is turned on separately.

Never refunded in cash

The balance is spent at your venue or passed to another customer. It's not an outside payment method and it can't be withdrawn as money.

How GV Cash is billed

It's a flat-fee module: USD 29 per month per venue, billed in pesos at the official exchange rate of the day, with no percentage on what your customers load or spend. It's an add-on to GV Barra, which is where the balance is charged.

The money your customers load is yours: counter top-ups go into your register, and online top-ups by bank transfer go straight to your venue's account.

What it does and doesn't do

GV Cash is balance to spend at your venue. It's not refunded in cash or used outside your house: it's spent at the bar or passed to another customer.

If the internet goes down, the bar keeps selling for cash, but it can't charge GV Cash until the connection is back: there's a single balance shared by every station, and deducting it offline could spend it twice.

How much does GV Cash cost?

Is it a cryptocurrency or a digital wallet?

No. It's a peso balance to spend at your venue, tied to each customer's ID. It doesn't leave your house and can't be withdrawn as cash.

How does the customer pay at the bar?

What happens when the balance expires?
