VIP tables for nightclubs: buyers pick their spot on the floor plan
Draw your venue with its tables, chairs or seats and put them on sale with each date's tickets. Buyers tap their free spot on the floor plan, pay, and at the door that spot already has an owner.

What slows you down today — and how GVenue solves it
Two groups show up with the same table
Every spot is sold only once: as soon as someone buys it, it shows as taken on the floor plan for everyone else.
Tables are sold over WhatsApp and a spreadsheet
Buyers see the floor plan with what's free and what's taken, pick their spot and pay in the same ticket checkout.
The table for ten ends up half empty
You can sell the whole table, chair by chair, or both: once someone buys a chair, the whole table stops being offered.
Not every spot is worth the same
Prices by zone of the floor plan, and at tables sold by the chair, a price for each chair position: front, side or back.
Everything in one system
Your floor plan, drawn once
Tables (round, square or rectangular), sectors and zones. You can have more than one floor plan per venue and clone one to start the next.
Seats by rows
Rows A, B, C… with numbered seats, generated in one go or in batches. A five-step wizard walks you through the floor plan from scratch.
Picked when buying the ticket
Buyers tap a free spot on the floor plan and pay. The legend says it in words: free, partial, your selection, taken.
Whole table, chairs, or both
Each table can be sold whole, by the chair, or both ways. Chairs are picked number by number around the table.
Price by zone and by chair
You draw price zones on the floor plan and apply them in one explicit step: what's already sold keeps its price. Chairs can be priced by position.
Drinks and minimum spend in view
Buyers see which drinks come with the table and whether it has a minimum spend before they pay.
Sold by date
You put the floor plan on sale for each date. Spots can be sold one by one or grouped by sector, with the buyer choosing which one to take.
Occupancy for each date
You see what's sold and what's still free for each date, without counting by hand.

The system adapts to your venue, not the other way around
100% configurable, made to measure
Every module is set up the way you work: prices, menus, hours, each person's permissions, texts and what is on or off. You ask, we adjust it.
Your changes are yours alone
The configuration belongs to your venue. What you change does not affect any other client, and what another client asks for does not touch your system.
It analyzes your data all the time
Every sale, every entry and every closing is recorded, and the reports show you what sells, at what time and what leaves you margin. That is how you tune the system to real use, not to a template.
Custom software, built by people from the trade
We know the business from the inside and we know what we are doing. What your venue needs and is not there yet, we build to measure. We work with passion and dedication on every project we roll out. Custom development →
What changes when you sell tables
With Tables VIP
Buyers choose their spot on the floor plan.
Every spot is sold only once.
Whole table or chair by chair, as you decide.
Price by zone and by chair position.
Paid with the ticket, in the same checkout.
What you stop handling on the side
Assigning tables by hand from a chat.
Sorting out two groups with the same table at the door.
Chasing people to fill the last chairs of a table.
Keeping a separate list of prices for each area.
Collecting the table deposit separately from the ticket.
How Tables VIP is billed
If you sell your tickets with GV Ticket, the managed plan, tables are already included. In the modular system it's added for USD 15 per month per venue, billed in pesos at the official exchange rate of the day.
What it does and doesn't do
It's the sale of spots: the buyer picks their numbered table, chair or seat on the floor plan when buying the ticket. Ordering and paying from the table, the seat or the chair is a separate module.
If you run a theater, check out the page for theaters, made for selling shows with numbered seats.
What you need to get started
Draw your floor plan once, with the wizard or the editor, set the prices by zone and put it on sale with the tickets for each date. If you prefer, we can do the initial data load for you, as a separate service.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
With GV Ticket, the managed plan, it's included. In the modular system it's USD 15 per month per venue.
How does the buyer choose their table?
In the ticket checkout they see the floor plan of your venue, tap a free spot and pay. Taken spots can't be selected.
Can a table be sold twice?
No. Every spot is sold only once, and as soon as it's bought it shows as taken for everyone.
Can I sell single chairs at a table?
Yes. Each table can be sold whole, by the chair, or both. If a chair has already been sold, the whole table is no longer offered, and vice versa.
Can front chairs cost more?
Yes. Each table can have chair categories (front, side, back or the names you choose) with their own price.
Does it work for numbered seats?
Yes: you generate rows with numbered seats and buyers pick theirs. For theaters there's a dedicated page.
If I change the prices, does it affect what's already sold?
No. Zone prices are applied in an explicit step and what was already sold keeps the price it was paid at.
Can customers order from the table?
That's another module: GV Mesa (the QR at the table) and Concierge (ordering from the seat or chair). They can be combined with this one.
