What slows you down today — and how GVenue solves it

Selling at the door with a ticket book and a shoebox
The cashier enters the sale with the ID first and the ticket comes out with its QR. Cash, card or mixed, and everything is recorded.
The numbered ticket the city asks for
It prints the double-stub ticket, venue and customer, with a per-club sequential number that never skips or repeats, not even when a sale is voided.
Paper guest lists nobody can control
Each promoter adds their guests from their own link, with a per-event allowance. Every guest gets their ticket by email.
Not knowing which bar handed out what
With cross-bar sales, customers buy at one bar and pick up at another, and stock only drops when the delivering bar scans the ticket.

Everything in one system

Door sales, no online ticketing needed

The cashier enters the sale with the ID first and issues the ticket with its QR, which is validated like any other. No fee per ticket.

Double-stub municipal ticket

One slip per ticket with the venue stub and the customer stub, the cashier's name and a strict per-club sequential number. When a sale is voided, the number is kept.

The bar ticket the way you need it

You can hide prices, print the product in large type, show the cashier's name and print one ticket per product. Mix and match.

Promoter guest lists, with allowances

You set up your venue's lists and give each promoter the ones you want, with a per-event allowance. Add guests one by one or paste the whole list.

Every guest gets their ticket by email

When a guest is added, the system emails their ticket and takes one off the allowance. If the owner enables it, VIP shows up at the door on scan.

List drinks, set with a supervisor code

Complimentary drinks for each list are set by a supervisor with their code, never by the promoter.

The birthday courtesy

On birthday lists, the host and their guests get in with a single QR.

Cross-bar sales

Customers buy at one bar and pick up at another. Stock is deducted by the bar that hands it over when it scans the ticket: each bar answers for what it served.

The scanner on a staff phone: finds by ID or QR and validates

The system adapts to your venue, not the other way around

100% configurable, made to measure

Every module is set up the way you work: prices, menus, hours, each person's permissions, texts and what is on or off. You ask, we adjust it.

Your changes are yours alone

The configuration belongs to your venue. What you change does not affect any other client, and what another client asks for does not touch your system.

It analyzes your data all the time

Every sale, every entry and every closing is recorded, and the reports show you what sells, at what time and what leaves you margin. That is how you tune the system to real use, not to a template.

Custom software, built by people from the trade

We know the business from the inside and we know what we are doing. What your venue needs and is not there yet, we build to measure. We work with passion and dedication on every project we roll out. Custom development →
