No app, no scanners: the camera validates in green, yellow or red, and if someone shows up with a dead phone you look them up by ID number. Each QR gets in only once, and the ID blacklist turns people away even with a ticket.

How many came in, how many fit and how many spots are left, as it happens. Online sales and the box office draw from the same allocation: you never sell more than fits.

The bar: menu, sales, redemption and closing

Menu with per-area prices, cash, card, mixed or QR payments, drink-credit redemption and an anti-fraud printed ticket. Bar money is 100% yours: GVenue takes nothing there.

Till with cash count and the night’s report

The box office sells for cash at the door, every till closes with its count, and at the end you get the event closing on one printable page plus the report for the date.

A fixed price of USD 89/mo, in US dollars, billed in Argentine pesos at the official exchange rate of the day. If you sell your tickets with GVenue and reach 300 paid tickets a month (measured as the average of the last 3 months), the subscription is $0.

The buyer pays the service fee on each ticket and sees it itemized before paying. Bank transfer payments are paid out to you in full 24 hours after each sale or after the event. After 3 events settled with us you can move to direct collection: everything lands in your account, you add cards through your own Mercado Pago and pay us the fee when each event closes.

Stock, recipes, VIP tables, promoters, GV Cash, parking and coat check aren’t in the package: they’re added separately, each with its price shown in the quote builder.
