Always the ticket buyer. Your production company receives 100% of the published price. GVenue is a managed model: no setup or monthly fee for you.
Does it work for a tour with several dates and different venues?
Yes — that's exactly what it's for. Load all the tour dates, clone each event from the previous one, and run the door with staff phones at any venue. You don't depend on each hall's hardware.
Do I need turnstiles or equipment for access control?
No. Validation runs on your staff's phone cameras: zero mandatory hardware. We've shelved turnstiles for now: our study found they aren't needed today — QR validation, re-entry control and live capacity tracking already cover the door with no extra hardware.
