Frequently asked questions

My venue doesn't sell tickets — it hosts private parties. Is it still useful?
Yes — that's the core use case. For a quinceañera or a wedding the value is order: invitations by link, one per ID, each guest with their QR, tables on the floor plan and capacity on screen for security. You pay for the control, not for a sale that doesn't exist.
Do I have to buy scanners or turnstiles?
No. Validation runs on your staff's phone cameras, with no mandatory hardware or installation. We've shelved turnstiles for now: our study found they aren't needed today — QR validation, re-entry control and live capacity tracking already cover the door with no extra hardware.
When the event does charge admission, when do I get the money and who pays the fee?
Tickets are paid by transfer or USDT and we settle 100% to you 24 h after each sale or after the event, whichever you choose. If you enable card, that money goes to your Mercado Pago. The service fee is always paid by the ticket buyer; your venue receives 100% of the price.
Is there a setup cost or monthly fee?
No. There's no setup or monthly subscription. For events with ticket sales the fee is paid by the buyer, so the venue puts up no money to use the system (managed model).
What if a guest arrives with a dead phone or a broken QR?
The operator validates them by ID, checking the physical document against the registered list. Nobody's left outside over a phone problem and the door stays controlled.
¿Hay costo de setup o mensualidad?
No. No hay setup ni abono mensual. En los eventos con venta de entradas el cargo lo paga el comprador, así que el salón no pone plata para usar el sistema (modelo gestionado).
¿Qué pasa si un invitado llega sin batería o con el QR roto?
El operador lo valida por DNI cotejando el documento físico contra el listado nominado. Nadie se queda afuera por un problema de teléfono y la puerta sigue controlada.
