GV Beach: the cabanas, the bar, the car park and the door of your beach club

A beach club doesn't live off selling tickets: it lives off the cabanas, the car park and the bar, every day of the season. That's why GV Beach isn't charged per ticket — it's a season licence, and the cabanas, the umbrellas, the car park and the bar stay 100% yours, with zero commission. Your car park is drawn space by space, exactly as it is. And when the internet drops on the sand, the bar keeps selling.

What slows you down today — and how GVenue solves it

The systems in this industry take a cut of everything you sell, and your business isn't the ticket: it's the cabana and the bar
GV Beach is a season licence: USD 449 per month for the four months of the season, and that's it. The cabanas, the umbrellas, the car park, the cloakroom and the bar are 100% yours: GVenue doesn't take a peso of what people spend, neither as a percentage nor as a minimum. And if you also run ticketed dates, the service fee is paid by the buyer and what it earns us is credited against your floor: if your season takes off, the system pays for itself.
Cabanas and umbrellas are rented on a spreadsheet, and on a full day nobody knows which one is free
You draw the site map, mark the sectors (front row, back, VIP) and the cabanas end up numbered on the map, with capacity, price per sector and included drinks if you want them. The generator fills a whole sector at once instead of loading 200 by hand, and each cabana's status shows live.
You run several bars on the sand and at month end you don't know how much went to waste
Every drink has its recipe with cost derived from the ingredient, stock is kept per storeroom — one per bar — and the physical count is done from a phone at open and at close. The audit tells you, bottle by bottle, how much should have been left and how much actually was.
On the beach the internet drops, the power fails or the tablet dies, and the bar stops selling
The bar keeps charging offline and the sales upload themselves when it comes back. And if the device died altogether, you load the bar by totals at close: it doesn't depend on the tablet having saved anything. It's in production, not on paper.
Wristband cashless charges you a percentage of consumption, and on top of that you buy, hand out and count the wristbands
Credit sits against the ID number: no wristbands to buy, return, count or replace when one is lost in the water. And what people spend isn't commissioned: with the licence it's already paid for, whether you sell a thousand drinks or a hundred thousand.
The VIP guest doesn't want to leave the cabana and one waiter can't cover 200 metres of sand
Every cabana has its QR: the guest calls from their phone saying what they need, the cabana's tab shows live and gets closed right there. For a special guest, their arrival emails whoever has to greet them.
The car park fills up by two in the afternoon and at the gate people argue by hand over who had a space
The car park isn't a counter: it's YOUR lot, drawn. You mark the sectors as they really are — the one by the entrance, the one at the back, the one by the dunes — and every space is numbered on the map, with its shape and orientation matching the vehicle that goes in: car, pickup, motorbike or trailer. The customer buys their specific space, sees from above which sector it's in and arrives with it assigned. Occupancy shows live and turns red when it fills.

Everything in one system

Site map with numbered cabanas

Sectors drawn on the map, price per sector, capacity and included drinks per cabana. The generator fills a whole sector at once; status shows live through the day.

Several bars, each with its own stock

Recipes with real cost derived from ingredients, stock per storeroom, opening and closing counts from a phone, and waste audit bottle by bottle. It's what no platform in the industry gives you.

The bar sells with no internet

Offline it keeps charging and uploads itself when the signal returns. If the power failed or the tablet died, it loads by totals at close. Already used in production — not a promise.

Credit by ID, no wristbands

Guests top up and spend against their document. Nothing to buy, return or count. What they didn't spend can come back as credit for the next date instead of ending in a complaint.

QR in the cabana to order and close the tab

Call from the guest's own phone with the reason, live cabana tab, companions on file, and arrival alerts for the guest you need to greet.

Live capacity and several gates at once

Several operators scanning simultaneously at different entrances, one live counter and VIP counted separately. Public screen with inside, remaining and capacity in big numbers for security and the local authority, with no personal data on display.

The car park, drawn the way yours actually is

Sectors with their own name and landmark ("back gate", "next to the dunes"), every space drawn with the shape and rotation of the vehicle that goes in, and accessible bays marked. The vehicle filter BLOCKS the sale rather than hiding it: a pickup can't buy a motorbike space. Price per sector, its own quota, and parking revenue kept separate.

One QR per car, with that car's plate

If a family buys four spaces, that's four QRs with four plates: the car lives in the space, not in the purchase. Whoever has the car fills it in — at checkout nobody yet knows what vehicles the others are bringing — and it can be corrected until the car goes in. At the gate the operator checks the plate against the space, and the accessible symbol hangs off the right plate. Loose spaces can also be sold at the gate, with no prior purchase.

Cloakroom and staff

Cloakroom with automatic hanger numbers and pickup by QR or ID, and staff clocked in from the same scanner with the real cost of the day.

What isn't there yet, said upfront

We'd rather say it now than in January with the beach club packed.

The season pass for a cabana

Careful, this isn't the same as the season floor, which is what you pay us. This is what the beachgoer pays you: today a cabana is rented per date — one date, one cabana, one price — and holding the same cabana for three months isn't modelled yet; it's handled separately. If that's your core case, say so in the first conversation and we'll go through your calendar together.

Tapping a wristband is faster than saying an ID number

That's the honest downside of credit by document: at a packed bar, a tap wins. What you get in exchange is not buying or managing thousands of wristbands, and not paying a percentage of consumption.

GV Beach against what the beach uses today

With GV Beach

  • Season licence: USD 449/month for four months. In September you already know what you'll pay in February.
  • The cabanas, the umbrellas, the car park, the cloakroom and the bar are 100% yours: 0% commission on what people spend.
  • If you run ticketed dates, the fee is paid by the buyer and credited against your floor.
  • It works all 90 days, not just the four big dates: cabanas, parking, bars and staff, every day.
  • No wristbands to buy, hand out, return or count. Validation runs on your staff's phones.

With a cashless or a ticketing platform

  • A percentage of every drink, every day of the season, with no ceiling.
  • Thousands of wristbands to buy, hand out, lose in the water and count.
  • They only solve the payment: cabanas, parking and waste you still track somewhere else.
  • A ticketing platform only works on days with a ticket — the rest of the season doesn't exist for it.
  • They settle 7, 15 or 30 days after the event.

Frequently asked questions

How much is GV Beach and what does it include?
It's a season licence: USD 449 per month for the four months of the season. It includes the whole system: the site map with the cabanas, the car park space by space, the bars with stock and waste audit, the offline bar, credit by ID, the cabana QR, the cloakroom, access control and reports. What you charge for cabanas, umbrellas, parking, cloakroom and the bar is entirely yours: GVenue takes no percentage of what people spend.
If I also sell tickets for parties, is that charged separately?
It isn't added, it's deducted. On ticketed dates the service fee is paid by the buyer, as always, and what that fee earns us is credited against your season floor. In a season with big dates, the system ends up paying for itself. And if you don't sell a single ticket, you pay the floor and nothing else: no surprises in either direction.
My beach club doesn't run ticketed parties — I just rent cabanas and sell at the bar. Is it still for me?
Yes, and that's exactly the case it was built for. That's precisely why GV Beach isn't charged per ticket: a beach club works every day of the season and sells tickets on four or five of them. The licence gives you the complete system for the ninety days, with no ticketing in the way if you don't need it.
The internet drops on the sand. What happens to the bar?
It keeps selling. Sales are recorded offline and upload themselves when the signal returns, flagged with the time of the outage so you know what happened. And if the power failed or the device died, the bar is loaded by totals at close: it doesn't depend on the device having saved anything. It has already been used that way in production.
Can I charge a beachgoer for a cabana by season rather than by day?
By date yes, by full season not yet: a cabana is tied to a date with its price, its included drinks and its sector. That kind of pass is handled outside the system today. We say it now, not in January.
Do I need to buy wristbands or scanners?
No. Access is validated with your staff's phone cameras and credit sits against the ID number. No wristbands to buy, hand out, return or count. If you ever want turnstiles or scanners, they integrate — but you don't need them to start.
I have three separate bars on the beach. Are they controlled separately?
Yes: each bar keeps its own stock storeroom, its own opening and closing counts and its own cash close. The waste audit shows you, per ingredient, how much should have been left given what was sold and how much actually was.
14,000 people come in through several gates. Does it hold?
Yes, and it's measured, not estimated: one instance sustains 26 pages per second and 170 checkout orders per second, and when it saturates it queues instead of falling over — no sale is lost. What matters isn't how many people attend but how many hit the page in the same second. For a large client we set up a dedicated instance, so you don't share your peak with anyone.
My car park isn't a tidy grid: it has three different sectors and spaces for pickups. Can it be set up exactly like that?
Yes, and that's the point: the car park is drawn the way yours is, not as a quota. Each sector carries its name and its landmark so the customer can find it, each space is drawn with the shape and orientation of the vehicle that goes in — car, pickup, motorbike, trailer — and accessible bays are marked. The vehicle filter blocks the sale instead of hiding it, so a pickup can't buy a motorbike space. If you have several separate lots, they all show together at checkout, each with its own title. And what you charge for parking is 100% yours: GVenue doesn't take a peso.
A family buys four spaces. How does the gate know which car goes where?
Each space has its own QR with that car's plate, not one plate for the whole purchase. Whoever has the vehicle fills it in — at checkout you still don't know what cars the others are bringing — and it can be corrected until the car goes in; after that the movement is already on record. At the gate the operator scans and checks the plate against the space, and the accessible-bay symbol hangs off the matching plate.
If I sell tickets, when do I get that money?
With a card, at the moment of sale and straight into your Mercado Pago: GVenue never holds it. With a transfer or USDT, we settle it to you in under 24 business hours.
