What slows you down today — and how GVenue solves it

The attendant writes on paper and nobody knows how many spots are left
Every car enters with its QR: capacity updates itself, occupancy shows live, and at close you know how many came in and how much was collected.
The spot next to the entrance costs the same as the one at the back
With Premium you paint price sections on the map. Customers see the map, pick their spot and pay for the location they chose.
Accessible spots get taken by the wrong people
You mark them on the map, and online they can only be picked with a declarative permit checkbox. «Pick for me» never assigns them on its own.
A car pulls in and nobody knows where to send it
Each spot's QR shows its number, and the location sheet matches spot, QR and license plate for whoever directs the cars.

Everything in one system

Car pass with QR

Every car enters and leaves with its QR, which carries the license plate and vehicle details. Capacity updates itself and occupancy shows live.

Sales at the gate

Drivers without a reservation pay at the entrance and leave with their QR. Revenue is tracked per night and per event, in the same report as the rest of the system.

Plan B by ID

If the customer's phone dies, the parking attendant looks them up by their ID (DNI) and finds their passes.

Map with numbered spots

With Premium you draw your parking lot: spots in numbered blocks, entrances and price sections. The location near the entrance can cost more.

Customers pick their spot online

At checkout they see the map with the open spots and choose theirs, or tap «pick for me». Each spot shows which vehicles it takes: motorcycle, car or pickup truck.

Protected ♿ spots

They only unlock with a declarative parking-permit checkbox. Without it they show as locked, and automatic assignment skips them.

Location sheet

One row per spot with its number, its QR, the license plate and, if it's accessible, the certificate number. The sheet for whoever parks the cars.

No barriers or special equipment

The QR is validated with the attendant's phone. No need to buy turnstiles or scanners.

The system adapts to your venue, not the other way around

100% configurable, made to measure

Every module is set up the way you work: prices, menus, hours, each person's permissions, texts and what is on or off. You ask, we adjust it.

Your changes are yours alone

The configuration belongs to your venue. What you change does not affect any other client, and what another client asks for does not touch your system.

It analyzes your data all the time

Every sale, every entry and every closing is recorded, and the reports show you what sells, at what time and what leaves you margin. That is how you tune the system to real use, not to a template.

Custom software, built by people from the trade

We know the business from the inside and we know what we are doing. What your venue needs and is not there yet, we build to measure. We work with passion and dedication on every project we roll out. Custom development →

What changes in your parking lot

With GV Parking

  • Flat monthly fee: no percentage of what you collect.
  • Every car with its own QR and license plate; capacity updates itself.
  • The location is picked and paid for online, like a seat.
  • ♿ spots protected by a declarative checkbox.
  • Runs on the attendant's phone.

What you stop handling on the side

  • Eyeballing capacity while the line builds up.
  • Writing license plates on a paper sheet.
  • Charging the same for the best spot and the one at the back.
  • Watching by hand that ♿ spots stay for those who need them.
  • Investing in barriers or turnstiles to keep control.

How GV Parking is billed

It comes in two flat-fee tiers: Simple, USD 15 per month per venue, and Premium, USD 29 per month per venue, billed in pesos at the official exchange rate of the day. There's no percentage of what you collect: the parking money is yours.

Simple gives you the night's capacity, the car pass with QR, sales at the gate and revenue in the report. Premium adds the map: numbered spots, price sections, ♿ spots and buyers choosing their own spot.

How pricing works

The price is per spot and per date, based on the map section, and spots sold at the gate have a fixed price. There's no hourly or per-stay rate.

The license plate clears the vehicle: people still enter the event with their own ticket.

What you need to get started

With Simple, just set the capacity and the price: nothing to draw. To sell locations, you generate the spots in blocks in the map editor, mark the entrances and paint the price sections. The attendant validates with their phone.
