GV Parking · standalone module

The parking lot that sells the location, not just the spot

Draw your parking lot's map, number the spots, price each zone — the one next to the entrance is worth more — and let your customer pick and pay for their spot online like a theater seat. For a flat monthly fee: parking revenue is 100% yours.

What slows you down today — and how GVenue solves it

The attendant writes on paper and nobody knows how many spots are left
Every car enters with its QR: the quota updates itself, you watch occupancy live from your phone, and at close you know exactly how many came in and how much was collected.
The spot next to the door costs the same as the one at the back
With GV Parking Premium you paint price zones on the map: "near the entrance" at one price, "far" at another, motorbikes at another. The customer sees the map, picks their spot and pays the difference — premium locations monetize themselves.
Accessible parking spots get taken by anyone
Mark the ♿ spots on the map; online they only unlock with a declarative permit checkbox. At the gate, the validator shows the exact spot assigned to each QR.
It's not just for nightclubs
A standalone parking lot (no event, no tickets) can use GV Parking as its system: map, spots, zone pricing and payments. No ticketing platform, no percentages, no hardware.

Everything in one system

Drawable map with entrances

Generate spots in blocks (rows × columns, numbered A1, B3…), mark the property's entrances and arrange everything in the same visual editor as the venue floor plan.

Price zones

Near the entrance, middle, back, motorbikes, covered: each zone with its own price. The criteria are yours — distance to the entrance is the classic, but it can be by size or by brand.

Customers pick their spot online

At checkout they see the map with free spots and choose theirs (or tap "pick for me"). Every spot sold issues its QR with the exact location.

Protected ♿ spots

Reserved spots only unlock with a declarative parking-permit checkbox. Without it they show as locked, and the auto-assigner skips them.

Gate control by QR

The gate validator scans the QR and shows the assigned spot. Entries and exits are logged; the global quota manages itself (also on the simple plan).

Clear revenue

How many cars came in, through which zone, how much was collected — per night and per event, in the same report as the rest of the system.

GV Parking Premium vs. the usual parking lot

With GV Parking Premium

  • Flat monthly fee. No percentages on what you collect.
  • Location becomes revenue: the spot near the entrance costs more and sells itself.
  • ♿ spots marked and protected by a declarative checkbox.
  • Customers arrive with their spot already paid: zero arguments at the gate.
  • Runs on the phone you already have. No barriers or mandatory hardware.
  • A simple plan from day one (car QR + quota) — upgrade to Premium whenever you want.

Paper, a chain and an attendant

  • Eyeballed capacity and lines forming at the gate.
  • Every spot at the same price — the best locations given away.
  • Reserved ♿ spots taken by anyone.
  • Revenue depends on the attendant's memory.
  • Expensive barriers or turnstiles just to get some control.

Frequently asked questions

How much does GV Parking cost?
A flat monthly fee per venue, in USD — taxes not included, billed per local regulations — with no percentage of your revenue. There are two tiers: simple Parking (car QR + global quota) and GV Parking Premium (map, numbered spots, price zones, ♿ and online spot selection). Write to us, or build your system in the calculator to see the exact price.
Does it work for a parking lot that doesn't host events?
Yes. GV Parking can be hired standalone, with no ticketing and no ticket sales: draw your lot, number the spots, set zone prices and charge. It's the same engine nightclubs use, applied to a pure parking lot.
How does the customer pick their spot?
Just like a theater seat: they see the map with zones and prices ("from $"), enter a zone and tap a free spot — or use "✨ pick for me" and the system assigns adjacent spots. On payment they receive their QR with the exact spot.
What about accessible spots?
You mark them on the map (and the system tracks the count per map). Online they're shown with ♿ and can only be selected by ticking a declarative permit checkbox; the auto-assigner never assigns them on its own.
Do I need the map to get started?
No: the simple plan starts today with the car QR and a global quota — nothing to draw. When you want to sell location, upgrade to Premium and generate the spots in blocks in two minutes (rows × columns per zone).
