News · we build in public

Everything you already do
with GVenue.

We don't promise a system "that's coming": we show what already works at a real door, today. GVenue is built from the inside, event after event. This is what your venue can use right now — and what we're working on.

Sales and payments

  • A sales landing with your brand (white-label)
  • 3 ways to get paid: card (Mercado Pago, lands directly in your account), transfer and USDT (we settle within 24 business hours) — the venue chooses which methods to enable
  • Promoters with their own link and QR, commission by segment
  • Cash sales at the till against the same stock
  • The buyer picks their spot (table, theater-style numbered seat, or parking) on the venue's floor plan, with per-sector pricing
  • A test event that never touches real money, with a club-wide "just testing" mode
  • Comp tickets via WhatsApp link with 1 ticket per ID: nobody hoards free spots and then no-shows
  • Public calculator /armar to build your plan module by module and see the price right away

Restaurants, cafés and bakeries

  • The service day opens by itself every day from your venue’s weekly hours: nothing to create each morning, and if you close past midnight that early morning still belongs to the previous day
  • Split tickets: the kitchen sees its own lines and the bar sees its own, each on its own screen and each marking its own — one order for the guest, the work shared out
  • Each waiter sees their own tables, assigned per service day; consumption goes to the table and the tip to whoever received it
  • Split the bill evenly, showing the leftover cent instead of losing it
  • Open tab per table: order first, pay at the end, with a QR so guests watch their bill live and ask for it from their phone
  • Invoice logging: the invoice you issue yourself stays tied to the table and to the daily close. GVenue does not issue it nor invoice on your behalf
  • The floor plan: open it and you see your tables where they actually are, the busy ones showing what they owe. Waiters land straight on it, with no ticketing screen in between
  • Free the table when guests leave: one tap and it is available again on the floor plan, or clear every paid table at once. Tables that still owe are never freed automatically — they come back listed with their name and amount so someone looks at them
  • Collect what a freed table still owed: in cash or by card terminal, up to the exact amount owed and not a peso more, so no credit is left sitting on a table with nobody at it. If the debt belongs to an earlier service day, the system tells you which day and it is collected at the till, instead of landing in the wrong day’s closing
  • Copy yesterday’s table assignment: one button brings back who served each table on the last service day, instead of redoing the same sheet three hundred times a year. Anyone no longer on the team is skipped, by name
  • Two flat-rate plans: GV Resto and GV Resto PRO, which adds real cost per dish, waste control and the table QR
🚪

Door and capacity

  • Single-use QR, anti-screenshot and anti-reuse
  • The QR's color tells the ticket type at a glance (general, VIP, comp, staff, parking) — security doesn't need to read anything
  • Instant validation, with verifiable ID
  • Unified capacity: you never oversell
  • Exit and re-entry QR with a configurable window
  • VIP control by second scan (no wristbands)
  • Public capacity screen for security and inspections
  • Blocklist by ID with reasons, for the right of admission
🍾

VIP table · order and pay without calling the waiter

  • Pick your numbered table when buying, like at the theater
  • Table QR: order from your phone, without raising a hand
  • See your tab live, with what you consumed and how much you're at
  • Close and pay from your phone — the waiter doesn't go back and forth
💰

GV Cash · your club's own currency

  • GV$ credits by ID: what a customer doesn't pick up in time (an unopened bottle, an unused prepaid credit) becomes balance instead of being lost
  • Expiry configured by you, never refundable in cash
  • Transferable between your customers
  • Secure customer login with a 6-digit email code (an ID number is no longer enough) to see and move their balance from /gvcash/
🎛️

Running the night

  • Mission Control: the whole event on one screen (with live parking)
  • Live table board + people count
  • Fixed stations with link + PIN per sector, and staff: QR clock-in and handovers with live notice to that sector's enabled scanners
  • Attendance + cost: whoever opens their scanner is marked "came" automatically, and for a no-show you void that night's pay from the report (owner has the last word)
  • Booth/DJ: a courtesy GV Cash balance for the night, capped and non-accumulating
  • Venue map with staff by role (who covers each station)
  • Cash closing with audit — and per box office: with several sales stations, each till balances its own drawer (expected vs counted)
  • Cloakroom with hangers (auto number, quota and price) and parking with car QRs
  • Every scanner validates by camera or by ID (if the customer's phone died)
  • Paper plan B if the internet drops: the night list prints with ID number, ticket type and status — plus a separate sheet for the bar, sorted by ID number (which is how you look someone up when they hand you their document), showing the drinks each ticket includes and a tick box per drink to cross off as you serve. The sheet states in print what paper does not cover: with no scanner there is no double-entry control and no automatic drink deduction
  • Self-service kiosk: customers order from their QR without queueing, with a kitchen display and a "ready" screen for staff
  • Fine-grained permissions per operator: the till sells but doesn't close, the bar redeems but doesn't see revenue
  • Stations with real names: name every physical spot ("Door Scanner 2", "VIP 1", "Box Office 3") and assign each person theirs. When they clock in with their ID, which station they worked that night is recorded — and reassigning them tomorrow doesn't rewrite that history
  • Nobody leaves with the till open: on a shift change the seller balances the drawer before logging out. And whoever lacks the closing permission isn't locked in: they can leave, and it goes on the log
  • Contextual help: a "How do I set this up?" button on every step explains that setting right there, no manual hunting
  • And the kiosk now takes the order: the customer taps the menu, builds a cart with the total in sight and picks a pickup time — they pay at the bar when they collect it, so it works even if you do not have online payment yet. Your merch goes in the same cart (t-shirt by size, cap, keyring). And the pickup times it offers are not made up: they come from the real queue multiplied by what your bar actually takes to build a drink
  • Every screen opens as the user you choose: the kiosk, the order screen and the "ready" board each get their own QR, and you decide whether it opens as "Bar 1" or as a person — what a wall screen does no longer ends up under the name of someone who was not even there. If the user you picked cannot operate that screen, the panel tells you before you hang the QR
🍸

Full bar — the most complete in the market

  • Everything in the system, no paper vouchers, 100% eco-friendly — all with a single QR or ID number
  • Declared consumption: whatever the DJs, the performers or the staff drank and nobody rang up. To the system that is shortfall until you write it down — you log it from the audit screen itself, on the night it belongs to. It does not touch stock: the count already told the truth, this only explains to the report where that stock went. On a real night it brought the shortfall down from $185,192 to $136,682: a third of what looked like theft was consumption nobody had recorded
  • Ingredients + recipes: the system knows what goes in each drink, what it costs you and what you earn (real margin)
  • Combos / packs: build a multi-product combo at its own price; stock decreases per component — and you can sell it online (the buyer pays it with the ticket and picks it up with their QR; stock decreases on delivery)
  • 2-for-1 and happy hour promos: by product or category, in the time slot you choose — they apply themselves at checkout and the scanner shows the discount on screen (struck-through price + what the customer saves)
  • Purchase orders: search the ingredient and add it on the spot (or create it right there); stock enters and cost updates (purchase → stock → cost → sale → audit)
  • Clean catalog: sorted A-Z, no visible codes (assigned automatically) and no duplicate names — load by name and done
  • AI photos: the AI finds each product's photo and removes the background — no camera or photographer
  • Bar audit: consumption according to sales vs. stock, cost of goods and shortage alerts (anti-waste)
  • Real margin, not just sales: the report, Mission and the closing show sales − cost of goods = margin (with %), the discount you give away in promos and what you invested in purchases — combos included
  • Physical count + real waste (anti-leak): count stock at open and close (mobile sheet) and the audit tells you how much left without being sold — spillage, over-pouring or off-the-books gifts — in $ and against a threshold you set. If it's exceeded, you get an alert
  • Load the catalog from an Excel and the system builds ingredients and recipes by itself
  • Sells by cash or card (a Mercado Pago POS that confirms on its own), tied to the customer via their QR/ID for their history — the money is 100% the club's
  • Ice and disposables as event costs, stock control per storeroom and central-to-bars restocking
  • Multi-club consignment: if you rent out your venue and provide the bar, the renter's debt settles itself
  • The same ingredient in several sizes: if you buy the fernet in 750 ml or in 1 litre depending on the week's deal, you load both formats inside the same ingredient — whoever counts writes down what they are holding (12 bottles of 750 and half a litre one) and the system does the maths. They are deliberately not two separate products: if they were, the audit would report a shortage in one and a surplus in the other, a theft that never happened
  • How long each bartender takes, measured properly: the clock starts when they put their hands on the drink (scanning the order or tapping "Start"), not when the order came in. Between those two things sits the queue, and that measures how busy the night was, not who builds fast. With few measured orders it uses the time you estimated, and tells you which of the two numbers is in charge
🎨

GV Studio · photos and flyers

  • AI photos for your bar menu: automatic search + background removal, credits per real use (never up front)
  • Free flyer generator by template (4 designs) with your logo, the event date and a real sales QR — doesn't consume credits
👕

Club merchandising

  • Your own catalog with a public landing, no GVenue commission
  • The buyer messages you on WhatsApp to purchase, or redeems with their GV Cash balance
  • Pickup with a scannable QR at the bar
📊

Money under control

  • A report with the "Night's result" live
  • Money audit: where you win and where you lose
  • Charts: sales by hour, by channel, and a day×hour heatmap with 3 views (sales / revenue / drinks)
  • Event comparison + venue summary
  • The event's real margin: load your fixed costs (rent, wages, utilities) and the monthly Financial result tells you if you closed in the black after covering the structure — bar and purchases included
  • Traceable comps and refunds as losses
  • Customer base with Top by attendance and by drinks
  • Venue rental with P&L split between the owner and the renter
  • You decide once how much change the till opens with: you load the amount alongside the club's capacity limits, and when the cashier opens they count the cash against that number — the screen tells them right then whether it is short, over or exact, without the owner having to be there for the opening. What gets recorded is what they counted, not what should have been there: if it is short, that gap belongs to the previous shift and is logged as such — the person coming in does not eat it
● What we're working on

No dates, no empty promises — this is what's coming in the short term:

A QR that changes by itself

The ticket's QR rotates every few seconds so a screenshot is useless.

IN PROGRESS

Dedicated pages for every module

Dedicated landings for GV Ticket, Cash, Mesa, Studio, Datos, Informes and Suite — with the same level of detail Puerta and Barra already have.
