How much does GVenue cost?

Accepted Answer

No setup fee, no monthly fee. By default the service fee is paid by the ticket buyer and you receive 100% of the price. And if you prefer your public to buy with no fee at all, you can agree to pay it yourself (3% per ticket, with a monthly minimum): the venue chooses who pays. When do I get the money from my tickets?

Transfer payments are settled to you in full by GVenue in under 24 business hours (currently at no cost). Card payments are credited to your Mercado Pago account at the moment of sale — GVenue never holds them — and MP releases them in ~18 days (MP's own timeline for platform payments). In no case does a ticketing platform pool your revenue for weeks.

Do I need to buy turnstiles or hardware?

No. Your staff validate tickets by scanning the QR with their phones. Turnstiles and scanners can optionally be integrated if you already have them.
