Question 1

How much does GVenue cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the modules you turn on: each one has its flat monthly list rate, from USD 9 per month, with no percentage of your sales, and every module's price is shown on its card. Ticketing has no monthly fee: the service fee is paid by the buyer. Build and price your system at gvenue.com.ar/armar. And if you sell with GVenue more than 300 paid tickets per month of at least ARS 10,000 each (3-month average), your modules' monthly fee drops 50%.

Question 2

Is GVenue only for selling tickets?

Accepted Answer

No. GVenue is the modular system for your venue: restaurant, bar, waiter app, table QR, delivery and bookings, QR door control, promoters, parking, beach, members club, finance, staff and music. Ticketing is one more module: turn on only what you use.

Question 3

Do I need to buy turnstiles or hardware?

Accepted Answer

No. Your staff validate tickets by scanning the QR with their phones. We've shelved turnstiles for now: our study found they aren't needed today — QR validation, re-entry control and live capacity tracking already cover the door with no extra hardware.

Question 4

When do I get the money from my tickets?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are paid by bank transfer with Talo and we settle 100% to you 24 h after each sale or after the event, whichever you choose. After 3 settled events with us you can switch to direct collection: you collect everything in your account and, if you want cards, you add them with your venue's own Mercado Pago account.

Question 5

Does it work for small venues and also big nightclubs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. GVenue scales to the size of your event: from underground halls of 100 people, through clubs of 2,000, up to massive simultaneous events of 30,000 (multiple entrances, parking, tables and floors, each sector independent but connected, with GV Cashless). We measured it: the system sustains 1,500 people per minute checking out, and when it saturates the page slows down without losing sales.
